What to expect when working with us

The DREAM

At first we meet to get an go over of the concept of your project, so we have an understanding of the project, finishes, and budget. All projects are different and having the right approach is important to the overall success of the project. Once we have a handle on what the project is, and how we should approach it. It’s time to talk about design & cost.

Design & Cost

We are always ready to help with design, but if you have already worked with a designer and are ready to proceed we can move on to cost. Cost is typically the biggest factor in any project. We provide an itemized estimate so you can see the costs for each aspect of the job, and we try to stay as close to the estimate as possible. Although as with any project there can be some unexpected surprises. When this happens, changes or alterations are explained and any additional costs are reviewed and must be agreed upon. We are typically within 5-10% of all our estimated projects. Estimates and consultations are always free.

The BUILD

When it’s time to start, we give an estimated timeline of how long it will take as well as what inconvenience you may have. It is not uncommon to make some final decisions on details and finishes during the build. Typically, if you would like to make some final decisions during the build, this would be discussed prior to beginning the build and worked into the estimated price. On occasion this can add additional costs, if so all additional expenses will be reviewed and agreed on. As always throughout the build process any and all questions are welcome.

Once the build is completed we always do a walk thru with you to ensure you have been instructed on any “smart devices” (smart showers, bluetooth, bidets etc). And always to make sure the workmanship meets all your expectations.

Time to LOVE

Once your build is done, it’s time for you to give it the final touches. Adding the furniture, decor, paintings, and artwork are the final step to creating the space that you LOVE!
